Use of Public E-Rate Data
ERateSignal displays and analyzes E-Rate program data sourced from publicly available datasets published by USAC on opendata.usac.org. ERateSignal is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by USAC, the FCC, or the U.S. Government.
Data is provided as-is from public USAC sources. ERateSignal makes no guarantee of completeness, accuracy, or timeliness. You should verify all information directly with USAC or EPC before making business decisions.
E-Rate Compliance
You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable FCC, USAC, federal, state, and local procurement rules, including 47 CFR 54.503.
You agree not to use ERateSignal to circumvent E-Rate competitive bidding rules, engage in bid collusion, coordinate bids, obtain or share non-public procurement information, or influence the bid evaluation or vendor selection process.
You agree not to use ERateSignal to provide gifts, gratuities, favors, entertainment, loans, free services, referral benefits, free access, or any other inducements to E-Rate applicants, consultants, or applicant representatives in violation of 47 CFR 54.503(c).
Service providers may not use ERateSignal to prepare, draft, edit, submit, or certify an applicant's FCC Form 470 or related competitive bidding documents.
Contact Data
Public contact fields are shown only as part of official public USAC records. You may not use ERateSignal to harvest contact lists, send bulk unsolicited email, or conduct outreach that violates CAN-SPAM, gift rules, procurement rules, or applicant instructions.
No Official Advice
ERateSignal does not provide legal, procurement, accounting, or official E-Rate advice. Nothing in the product replaces official USAC guidance, FCC rules, applicant instructions, or advice from qualified counsel.
