Information We Process
We process account information, workspace settings, billing status, alert rules, saved searches, pipeline records, customer imports you upload, analytics events, and support communications.
Public Data Sources
E-Rate filing and funding data displayed in ERateSignal is sourced from publicly available USAC Open Data datasets. Some clearly labeled enrichment fields may come from other public government sources, such as SAM.gov, GSA public exclusion data, or NCES records.
Contact Data
Some public USAC records include applicant, consultant, or service provider contact fields. We use those fields only to display the underlying public record and related workflow context. We do not sell harvested applicant contact lists or send bulk unsolicited marketing email to applicants.
Data Use
We use data to operate the product, authenticate users, process subscriptions, deliver alerts, maintain audit trails, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations.
