E-Rate sales intelligence, end to end.

E-Rate is a $4 billion program. Public USAC records show requested services, commitments, and disbursements across Form 470, Form 471, and FRN invoices. ERateSignal turns that public record into a working seller's cockpit for SPINs, OEMs, and reseller teams.

Who it's for.

ERateSignal is built for sellers who already know the program — people who file 471s, who hold SPINs, who track discount rates in their sleep. If "Form 470" and "Category 2 budget" don't need a glossary, this tool is for you.

  • OEM / manufacturer reps — track where your product ships, which SPINs carry it, which states are converting this year.
  • SPIN / reseller sales teams — monitor public 470 activity in your territory, track your 471 commitments, and review published market activity.
  • RFP / proposal managers — scope deals with full context: district size, historical vendors, prior FRN amounts, consulting firm involvement.

What's inside.

Form 470 alerts & search

Every new filing within minutes, filtered by state, category, service type, entity type, consulting firm, OEM. See the full capability on the Form 470 alerts page.

SPIN & market-share analytics

Public commitment history by SPIN, geography, and product category. See the SPIN market share page for the deep dive.

Pipeline & Kanban CRM

Pin high-scoring filings to a pipeline. Track response → 471 → commitment → invoice. Measure outcomes against public market records, per state or product line.

Territory analytics

Interactive state maps, district heat overlays, category mix by geography. Nobody else in the E-Rate space publishes analytics this way — because nobody else treats E-Rate data as a sales intelligence layer.

Saved searches & CSV export

Every filter is a URL. Save your daily hunt once, share with your team, export results to spreadsheets for quarterly reviews.

Public data, made fast.

Every record in ERateSignal traces back to opendata.usac.org. We do not scrape the E-Rate Productivity Center. We do not use authenticated data. We do not harvest contact lists. Our methodology page documents every dataset and every refresh cadence we rely on.

This matters because E-Rate is a regulated federal program. Any tool you use has to respect 47 CFR § 54.503 — the competitive-bidding rule. We built ERateSignal as a public-data-only intelligence layer precisely so service providers can use it without worrying about how the data got there.
